It is definitely a struggle to eat healthy while you are on vacation. I did pretty good on my last trip and tried to avoid eating a lot of bread.

that is so hard to do. I’m really the only one in my family that cares about this…but I do bring my own bag of snacks that is off limits to the other two!! It’s such a pain…but I love to travel. Thanks for your thoughts on this.
